Tuntunin ng Paggamit para sa Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas

Mangyaring basahin nang mabuti ang mga Tuntunin ng Paggamit na ito ("Tuntunin") bago gamitin ang website ng Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas (ang "Serbisyo") na pinapatakbo ng Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas ("kami" o "amin").
Ang iyong pag-access at paggamit ng Serbisyo ay nakasalalay sa iyong pagtanggap at pagsunod sa mga Tuntunin na ito. Ang mga Tuntuning ito ay nalalapat sa lahat ng mga bisita at user na nag-a-access o gumagamit ng Serbisyo. Ang aming Serbisyo ay gumagana nang anonymous - walang kinakailangang user account o rehistrasyon.
Sa pag-access o paggamit ng Serbisyo, sumasang-ayon ka na sumunod sa mga Tuntunin na ito. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon sa anumang bahagi ng mga tuntunin, hindi ka maaaring mag-access sa Serbisyo.
1. Paggamit ng Nilalaman
Ang nilalaman ng aming Serbisyo ay ibinibigay para sa pangkalahatang layunin ng impormasyon lamang. Bagaman nagsisikap kaming magbigay ng tumpak at napapanahong impormasyon tungkol sa mga postal code sa Pilipinas, hindi kami gumagawa ng anumang representasyon o warranty ng anumang uri, alinman hayagan o ipinahiwatig, tungkol sa pagiging kumpleto, katumpakan, pagkamapagkakatiwalaan, pagiging angkop, o pagkakaroon ng impormasyon na nakapaloob sa Serbisyo.
Maaari mong gamitin ang impormasyon para sa personal, hindi pang-komersyal na layunin nang hindi gumagawa ng account. Dahil ang aming Serbisyo ay gumagana nang anonymous, hindi namin ma-track ang mga indibidwal na pattern ng paggamit o ma-personalize ang nilalaman. Ang Serbisyo ay protektado ng copyright, trademark, at iba pang mga batas ng Pilipinas at mga banyagang bansa. Ang aming mga trademark at kasuotan sa kalakalan ay hindi maaaring gamitin kaugnay ng anumang produkto o serbisyo nang walang paunang nakasulat na pahintulot ng Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas.
3. Mga Link sa Iba Pang Web Site
Ang aming Serbisyo ay maaaring maglaman ng mga link sa mga third-party na web site o serbisyo na hindi pag-aari o kinokontrol ng Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas.
Ang Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas ay walang kontrol sa, at hindi umaako ng responsibilidad para sa, nilalaman, mga patakaran sa privacy, o mga kasanayan ng anumang third-party na web site o serbisyo. Sa walang pangyayari ang Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas, o ang mga direktor, empleyado, partner, ahente, supplier, o kaanib nito, ay mananagot para sa anumang hindi direkta, insidental, espesyal, kasunod o punitive na pinsala, kabilang nang walang limitasyon, pagkawala ng kita, data, paggamit, goodwill, o iba pang hindi nahahawakang pagkawala, na nagreresulta mula sa:
- Ang iyong pag-access o paggamit o kawalan ng kakayahang mag-access o gamitin ang Serbisyo;
- Anumang pag-uugali o nilalaman ng anumang third party sa Serbisyo;
- Anumang nilalaman na nakuha mula sa Serbisyo; at
- Hindi awtorisadong pag-access, paggamit o pagbabago ng iyong mga paglilipat o nilalaman,
Alinman batay sa warranty, kontrata, tort (kabilang ang kapabayaan) o anumang iba pang legal na teorya, alinman naabisuhan kami o hindi ng posibilidad ng naturang pinsala, at kahit na ang remedyo na nakalagay dito ay natagpuan na nabigo sa pangunahing layunin nito.
5. Disclaimer
Ang iyong paggamit ng Serbisyo ay sa iyong sariling panganib. Ang Serbisyo ay ibinibigay "AS IS" at "AS AVAILABLE". Ang Serbisyo ay ibinibigay nang walang mga warranty ng anumang uri, hayagan man o ipinahiwatig, kabilang, ngunit hindi limitado sa, mga ipinahiwatig na warranty ng merchantability, fitness para sa partikular na layunin, non-infringement o course of performance.
Ang Direktoryo ng mga Postal Code ng Pilipinas, ang mga subsidiary, kaanib, at licensor nito ay hindi nagsasagawa ng warranty na:
- Ang Serbisyo ay gagana nang walang putol, ligtas o available sa anumang partikular na oras o lokasyon;
- Anumang mga error o depekto ay makokoreksyon;
- Ang Serbisyo ay libre mula sa mga virus o iba pang nakakapinsalang bahagi; o
- Ang mga resulta ng paggamit ng Serbisyo ay matutugunan ang iyong mga kahilingan.
6. Namamahalang Batas
Ang mga Tuntunin na ito ay mamamahala at ipapakahulugan alinsunod sa mga batas ng Pilipinas, nang walang pagsasaalang-alang sa mga probisyon ng conflict of law nito.
Ang aming kabiguang ipatupad ang anumang karapatan o probisyon ng mga Tuntunin na ito ay hindi ituturing na isang pagpapaubaya ng mga karapatang iyon. Kung ang anumang probisyon ng mga Tuntunin na ito ay hinawakang hindi wasto o hindi maipapatupad ng isang hukuman, ang mga natitirang probisyon ng mga Tuntunin na ito ay mananatiling may bisa.
7. Mga Pagbabago sa Tuntunin
Inilalaan namin ang karapatan, sa aming absoluto at eksklusibong kapasyahan, na baguhin o palitan ang mga Tuntunin na ito anumang oras. Kung ang isang rebisyon ay mahalaga, susubukan naming magbigay ng hindi bababa sa 30 araw na abiso bago magkaroon ng bisa ang anumang bagong tuntunin. Kung ano ang bumubuo sa isang materyal na pagbabago ay ipapasya sa aming absoluto at eksklusibong kapasyahan.
Sa patuloy na pag-access o paggamit ng aming Serbisyo pagkatapos na magkaroon ng bisa ang mga rebisyong iyon, sumasang-ayon kang sumunod sa mga nabagong tuntunin. Kung hindi ka sumasang-ayon sa mga bagong tuntunin, mangyaring itigil ang paggamit ng Serbisyo.
